The houses
Log villas and top-floor apartments, from slopeside homes to those with far-reaching views. We have houses in both Levi and Ylläs, and these are a few of them.

This is one example, and what you actually do is agreed with your travel designer.
The car is warm and your comfortable journey to the house begins. Levi is only about twenty minutes from the airport, Ylläs a little under an hour.
The fire is lit, the sauna is heating and the fridge has what you asked for. Your host is around if you'd like to be shown round, or will leave you to it.
If you asked for a chef, they've been in the kitchen since the afternoon. If not, we've booked a table nearby and the driver takes you there.
Levi's slopes and the cross-country tracks are there every day of the stay, with a guide or on your own. Lift passes and gear are sorted the day before, and when your legs have had enough you call and the car comes.
You drive your own sledge with a guide leading the way. We pick the best kennel and the right time of day according to your preferences.
Half a day out on snowmobiles to a reindeer farm, where you feed the herd and hear from the herder how their year goes. Families ask for this one most.
Your guide drills the hole and gets a fire going on the shore. Lunch is cooked over it whether or not you catch anything.
Karting on a track cut into the lake ice, with the track to your group for the whole session. Helmets and overalls are provided, and it gets competitive.
We leave the planning to you. Rest, look out at the fells, go to the sauna in the afternoon. Call us if you need anything.
When the skies are clear and you want to go looking, we have private northern lights tours on call. Tell us the evening and we'll sort it.
Ring the number on your host's card. Whoever picks up can come over if it's needed.
Have your coffee, leave the keys on the table and the driver takes you back to Kittilä. Cleaning is included.
The house is only part of a stay. Transfers, a chef and the days out all come into it, so we price the whole and send you one figure.
We book the days out with local operators we know well. A fully private departure, just your group on your own schedule, can be arranged for most of them.
